Presentation

Full Professor at the University of Labor Law and Social Security at the Universitat de Lleida (2002). Among its main lines of research are: complementary social protection, vicissitudes of the employment contract, new technologies, the legal regime of the PDI, work absenteeism, studies on age and employment, pay and equality policies, with special attention to gender and disability issues. She has participated and directed several competitive R & D projects among which we can highlight as IP: The management of work absenteeism: measurement, economic impact, social and psychological causes and legal labor law (Ref. DER2010-1686- C02-02.) Currently participates in the R & D project Age, employment and social vulnerability (Ref. DER2013-47917- C2-1- R). She is the author and co-author of 9 monographs, 55 book chapters and 38 scientific articles in specialized journals of Labor and Social Security Law and 27 communications to national and international congresses. As an experience in university management, it is worth mentioning her appointment as Secretary General of the University of Lleida (2003-2011). She has also been Coordinator of the Doctorate Program in "European Construction: Legal and Economic Aspects" 2005-2013. Since 2013 she has been the director of the "Dolors Piera" Center for Equality of Opportunities and Promotion of Women of the Universitat de Lleida. She is also Coordinator of the Masters in Gender Studies and Management of Equality Policies and MINOR in Gender and Law of the UdL since 2016. Member evaluator of the Specific Advisory Committee - Law Specialization - of the Basque Government. Evaluation member of the Agency for Management of University Grants and Research of the Generalitat of Catalonia (AGAUR).
