EDUARD-VALENTIN PAVEL holds a Law Degree from the University of Lleida, a Master's Degree on Advocacy from the same university, and a lawyer in the collegiate exercise of the Bar Association of Lleida. He is also a PhD candidate in Administrative Law at the same university with the main line of investigation related to the administrative procedure and the patrimonial responsibility of the Administration. Since the beginning of his professional career he has reconciled university research, in the Area of Administrative Law, the practice of advocacy and, later, teaching in the framework of this subject and other related. The main lines of research that he has worked and / or are working on are the following: common administrative procedure; patrimonial responsibility of the Administration; social services; Sports law; Public health law; Human rights. Currently teaches several subjects of Administrative Law at the University of Lleida, which are: "Legislation and Social Education" (Social Education); "Legal issues in specific sectors of social action" (Social Work); and "Research and new trends in the law of sport" (Official Master in Sports Law). Finally, he is a member of the working group of the research project R & D & I (Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness) "New developments in public health in Spain and the system of fundamental rights" (DER2016-75723- P) and group of emerging research recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya "Administrative law, human rights and public powers".
